Bespoke package for those who seek support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I walk with you through the entire arc of this journey - pregnancy, birth, and beyond - offering continuity, trust, and care that deepens over time. I hold space for your decisions, protect your environment, and honour your unfolding story.
This package includes:

4 antenatal sessions (2 hours each), supporting with pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum preparation.

On-call for your birth from 38 weeks (or earlier) until your baby is born.

Full birth support for the duration of your birth

WhatsApp support Mon-Fri (and at weekends during on-call period).

1 at home visit during the first 40 days after birth (3 hours), supporting with practical and emotional needs.

1 birth story workshop, offering a sacred pause for birth reflecting, processing, and honouring

Access to my digital resources & books

(Optional) Set up and coordination of a family & friends support chain of written support for you during postpartum.

Bespoke guided writing prompts and rituals introduced throughout our sessions, crafted just for you and your story.

Other writing activity typically covers: writing for the nervous system, birth & postpartum scenario planning, writing personal affirmation cards, writing with your hormones, writing prompts for your birth partner, and exploration of the motherhood transformation.

A note on pricing: I wholeheartedly believe in the value my practice can bring to yours and your family's life. But I would love for my services to be accessible for as many people as possible.
