Whether you’re looking to untangle your hopes & fears about birth, process a birth you've already had, untangle the complexities of postpartum, or simply make sense of where you are now, this session offers dedicated time and space for you.
And you absolutely do not need to be a writer for this workshop to be for you. This isn’t about becoming a good writer, it’s simply about using the written word as a tool to help you reflect, reconnect, and reclaim your story.
Each workshop is a creative ritual, tailored just for you.
The workshop can be accessed in person or online.
Please note: I am not a counsellor or therapist, and this is not a therapy session. This is held space and time to be heard, validated, and supported as you process your story.
What to expect:
Investment: £150, and then £75 an hour for follow up sessions

A note on pricing: I wholeheartedly believe in the value my practice can bring to yours and your family's life. But I would love for my services to be accessible for as many people as possible. I am always open to discussing payment plans, package adjustments, or other ways of working together on an individual basis.
