Birth marks a powerful, irreversible shift in identity. Yet so often, birthing people are offered little space to process this transformation. This retreat offers a vital space to reflect, unpack, and process your story—unapologetically.
Each retreat is a full-day experience. With guided writing, deep discussion, and intentional rituals, you will be nourished by food, words, and a supportive community.
Held at MotherFolk House, you will be cocooned in a home from home; welcomed into a house of period charm, candlelight, a communal food, where you will be invited to rest, write, and eat.
And yes, your baby is welcome, woven gently into the rhythm of the day.
A note on pricing: I wholeheartedly believe in the value the writing circle can bring to your life. But I would love for it to be accessible for as many people as possible.
