Nestled in Heaton, Newcastle, MotherFolk House is a peaceful refuge tucked away from the city’s rush. A charming 19th-century townhouse, it sits beside a quiet strip of woodland, where the rhythm of passing trains hums just beyond the garden wall.

Inside, candlelit writing desks and cosy corners invite quiet reflection, while playful nooks and toy-filled crannies keep little ones enchanted. A bookshelf waits around every turn, and family heirlooms blend with characterful period furniture, filling the house with layers of stories—told, untold, and waiting to be written.
